Originally from Kansas City, I am a film editor who graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in film and media studies and minors in journalism and business.
I am currently an editor on the Films team at BarkleyOKRP, a creative ad agency in Kansas City. Along with this, I am a freelance film editor with experience cutting narrative, documentary, music video, and commercial work.
I love working broadly across the field, although nonfiction filmmaking was where I got my start. This has led me to create insightful and impactful work in the advertising world. As I move forward in my career, I want to focus on telling the stories of real people who are traditionally underrepresented in the media. I hope to allow audiences to become more aware of the world around them, as well as have a better understanding of those who differ from them.
